Important Announcement of GP SIM Long Time Active
- All GP prepaid customers are eligible to purchase this pack without Skitto package users.
- This offer is not applicable for postpaid customers and mentioned recharge amount will be regular recharge in their sim.
- To avail this offer, prepaid customers need to recharge exact amount or dial respective USSD code.
For 997tk & 1498tk pack, customers will get 3 years and 5 years “Account Validity” respectively. - The validity of the minute volume will be 30 days from the time of purchase
- To check account validity, dial *121*1*1# and minute balance, dial *121*1*2#
- At the end of the pack-validity period, if a customer has any remaining minutes, it will be forfeited. However, if a customer re-purchases the same pack within the validity period, the minutes will be added and the pack-validity along with main account validity will be updated accordingly
- Unused minute volume will be carried forward if the customer purchases the same pack within the active validity period
- After expiration of account validity (recharge validity) of these packs, customer will fall under recycle process.
- During pack purchase, for ‘Payment through bKash/cards/recharge’ any prior subscription free or emergency balance usage will be deducted from the amount recharged. In that case, pack or offer that you have selected may not be activated.
- “GP- Any local operator” denotes domestic network calls only (GP-other mobile operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls. This minute is not applicable on emergency balance, call divert/call forward tariff. Regular product package tariff will be applicable while call divert/forward feature works.
