143 police stations have provided Online GDs Opportunity in the country. All types of online GD services will be launched in all police stations (143 police stations) of all districts of Dhaka and Mymensingh ranges from tomorrow, Tuesday (July 1). This information was given in a press release sent by the Police Headquarters today, Monday (June 30).

The Police Headquarters said that in light of the instructions of the Chief Advisor, Bangladesh Police has introduced the facility to file all types of GDs online from home as part of simplifying police services. Currently, online GD services are available in all police stations of Sylhet Range and Sylhet Metropolitan Police and Chittagong Range and Chittagong Metropolitan Police.

It is to be noted that earlier, only GDs related to loss and receipt could be filed online.

From tomorrow, all types of GDs can be filed online in all police stations of Dhaka and Mymensingh ranges (a total of 134 police stations). This online GD service will be launched in other ranges and metros in phases.

The notification said that to get the online GD service, the service can be obtained by downloading the Online GD app from the Google Play Store and registering. In this case, there is no need to register more than once. If you have any difficulty in registering or doing online GD, you are requested to contact the hotline number 01320001428. This hotline number is open 24 hours.
