68 students of madrasa are getting merit scholarships from Islamic Arabic University. 68 students have been nominated for merit scholarships from various Fazil and Kamil madrasas affiliated to Islamic Arabic University across the country. The university authorities have decided to provide these scholarships to 16 students in the talent pool and 52 students under the subject-based general scholarship from among the students who passed the Fazil (Bachelor) Pass, Fazil (Bachelor) Honours, Kamil Two-Year and Kamil One-Year Masters Course Examination-2022.
This information was given in a notification signed by Professor Dr. Mohammad Ali Ullah, Dean of the University’s Kamil (Postgraduate) Training and Research Center on June 26.
The notification said that the nominated students themselves or through their representatives can withdraw the scholarship money from the university’s Training and Research Center. In this case, each student will have to submit 1 copy of a recent passport-sized photograph, a photocopy of the examination registration (based on the results of the examination on which the scholarship was received), and a certified copy of the national identity card.
Regarding the amount of the scholarship, it is said that students selected in the talent pool according to the combined merit list will receive a one-time 15 thousand taka and general scholarship recipients will receive 10 thousand taka.
