Bangladesh-Afghanistan Series in October 2025, Check Fixture. Bangladesh-Afghanistan series in October, schedule officially revealed. Bangladesh will play a white-ball series against Afghanistan in the United Arab Emirates in October. The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) also officially announced the schedule of 3 T20Is and an ODI series of the same match today.
It was already rumored that the series would take place, and the ACB’s announcement of the series’ schedule means that the series is happening. The first of the three-match T20I series will be on October 2. The next two T20Is will be on October 4 and 6.
After the T20I series, Bangladesh-Afghanistan will play a three-match ODI series with a two-day break. The next two ODIs in the series that started on October 9 will be on October 11 and 14.
All matches of both the T20I and ODI series will be held in the United Arab Emirates. Before this series, Bangladesh will play the T20 version of the Asia Cup in the United Arab Emirates. If Bangladesh make it to the Super Four of the Asia Cup starting on October 9, Bangladesh will return home before the Afghanistan series. Bangladesh will play Afghanistan in Group ‘B’ of the Asia Cup.
In the notice issued by the ACB yesterday announcing the series schedule, the board’s CEO Nasib Khan said, “We are proud to host Bangladesh in this much-awaited series. This tour highlights the strength of our partnership and our commitment to organizing world-class cricket at neutral venues. Fans will see exciting matches and intense competition in this series.”
